My Story
Our Scentsy story began in 2008 as a gift, when my aunt in Caldwell, Idaho gave me a Stampede warmer and three bars (Pomegranate Orange, Twilight, and Moonshadow) for my birthday. It wasn't long before we all fell in love with my all time favorite Pomegranate Orange as it filled our home with the most wonderful aroma! My mom loved scentsy but wasn't sure she could handle running her own business. Two years later after some encouragement from family and a love for all things Scentsy, and she joined the Scentsy family. Her business soon flourished and we found ourselves participating in an array of community events and meeting lots of amazing new people along the way. Being a more introverted teen with anxiety, I was always terrifyed of helping my mother at our booths. I mainly just came to browse all the scents and of course, I made sure she would save my favorites! I would often sit quietly in the background noise as I watched her captivate the customers with welcoming Scentsy Spirit and enthusiasm that made her love for scentsy and joy ever so contageous. The more I helped her, the more I realized how to overcome my fears and realize I can do more than I realized. In the years to follow, my love for scentsy flourished and it was a huge motivator to get other people to love it as well. I blossomed from a bench warmer behind the booth, as I began to share information about the safety and wondrfuly positive effects of scentsy. I love my horses and dogs but I don't like my house to smell like a barn or kennel. Thankfully, with Scentsy it doesnt have to! It's safe for my pets and my dogs seem to be very intruiged by the wonderful aromas in the air every time they come inside.In 2013 when I turned 18, I made up my mind that I needed Scentsy in my life. Today, interacting with my new friends and customers is often a positive experience. While I still have some obstacles from time to time, I find comfort in the fact that there are others around in my life to keep me grounded thanks to Scentsy! Scentsy brings people together in ways we could've never imagined. We are Scentsy Strong! We have Scentsy Spirit! We can do anything! Join my team and see what Scentsy can do for you ♥
